How to Join Us
1. Prospective members get a chance to visit 1 monthly meeting of EVOLVE to witness and understand how it functions.
2. As per the eligibility criteria,
●prospective members must have a registered business entity, registered as per government guidelines.
●They cannot be a part of any other exclusive women entrepreneur group within the jurisdiction of Dakshina Kannada
3. Members interested to be a part of EVOLVE will have to submit the duly filled application form. (Avail the application form from the Treasurer, by paying an amount of INR 500 towards EVOLVE)
4. Duly fill the application form and submit the necessary documents pertaining to ownership of business, identity proofs to the Office bearers.
5. Post scrutinizing the application, Office bearers would give the consent for grant of Membership.
6. The member then needs to make the one time payment of Joining fee and Membership fee towards EVOLVE to finalize the official membership.

Payment is collected only in the form of cheque or account transfer in the name of EVOLVE.
The food and beverage charge for the monthly meetings is collected separately.

*The fee needs to be paid within the given deadlines, if not the membership gets terminated.
Our Attendance Policy
- Members can choose to remain absent for m aximum 5 meetings out of 12 to 15 meetings that we organise in a financial year.
- For every meeting thereafter, if they do not attend they will have to pay a penalty of INR 750 per meeting.
- The payment should be made to Evolve Account once they inform regarding their absence.
- If they confirm to attend & fail to be ther, then the payment should be made within 7 days of receiving the notification mail of absence from the records committee.
- Further, a member should have minimum 50% attendance & will only then get the eligibility to vote in further elections, this would also be the eligibility for nominating themselves for any position or any recognitions within the organisation
- Members who pay the meeting cost & confirm the attendance and subsequently are absent for the meet will be marked absent and the amount shall not be refunded.
